Who I am as a Therapist
My name is Dudley, and I’ve been working in the mental health field as a clinician for over ten years. In therapy, I integrate person-centered and strengths-based modalities. My approach is easy-going, calm, and compassionate. I believe that people are resilient, and when given a supportive environment, can grow and heal. I am committed to anti-racist work and passionate about creating a welcoming space for folks in the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Together, we will explore the experiences, relationships, and values that have shaped you, and work to empower you to reach your goals.

Who I am when I’m not a Therapist
When I’m not in the office you can usually find me exploring the city on my bicycle, playing pinball, or going to the movies. I also spend a lot of time hiking and camping around Oregon with my partner and our very serious, but sweet dog.
