Who I am as a Therapist
In my therapy work, I believe in the power of insight, understanding, and connection, and that healing happens in many different ways.
My work is rooted in attachment theory, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. At the same time, I don’t believe in a one-fits-all approach. Everyone’s experiences are different, so I try my best to tailor therapy to fit your needs and goals.
I value building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. I show up with authenticity, collaboration, and flexibility. Humor can be part of the process when it feels right, and I aim to create an environment that feels both supportive and real.
As a Latina, I have my own story and lived experiences with navigating oppressive systems. I’m committed to creating a space that feels safe and affirming for people from marginalized communities. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and respected throughout our work together.
