Clinical Psychologist for Individual Adults

We are hiring for a Clinical Psychologist who works with Children & Families as well as a Clinical Psychologist who works with Individual Adults for our outpatient mental health group practice in Portland, Oregon

This is a full-time (W2) position in a supportive group practice setting. You will be paid a percentage of fees collected, plus opportunities for tiered bonuses based on quarterly session counts. Clinician pay varies by individual caseload and tier status; clinicians can choose how many clients to schedule each week that suits their needs/capacity as long as they meet the minimum target of averaging 15 sessions billed a week per quarter (considered tier 1). Benefits include health and dental insurance; 401K; vacation time based on your need, not dictated by company limits or schedule; quarterly bonuses based on tier status, autonomy in scheduling; paid sick time compliant with Portland law; and additional bonuses for tenure with FTCC starting at year 5. Health and dental benefits are available, starting 60 days after hire; paid sick leave and 401k available after 90 days.

Estimated Resident pay range: $60,000-$115,000

Estimated Psychologist pay range: $75,500- $150,000

Remote vs On-site?

This position can be fully remote or a hybrid schedule based on your need/preferences.

Offices

We have two locations, one in Multnomah Village and one in the John’s Landing neighborhood in Portland. All offices are fully furnished with comfortable seating for in person and telehealth options, sand trays and toys for child/family sessions, and office supplies.

We are a group of clinicians who practice together in two light-filled, cozy houses that have been converted into professional offices in the John’s Landing neighborhood of South Portland and Multnomah Village. Most of our staff enjoy a hybrid schedule and a handful of clinicians work exclusively remotely. As a team, we work together to provide high caliber mental health services to our community utilizing a systemic approach.
