Who I am as a Therapist
I am passionate about providing opportunities for people to reckon with their life experience. My approach to therapy rests on the belief that when you reflect on the systems that you’re a part of – your family, relationships and beyond – there is opportunity to create generative healing and find relief. The unique stories of our lives make us who we are, and are deserving of care and celebration. There are times that require skillful guidance to help navigate life’s ever-changing landscape.
I strive to develop and nurture trust with every client so that they know they have an ally on their healing journey. We will explore the territory of your memories, lifestyle, present moment and future visions. Together we can create an atmosphere to work through struggles such as isolation, anxiety, and the many forms of heartbreak to start feeling more at home with yourself. My work is collaborative, supportive and nonjudgmental. I take pride in bringing my authentic self to the therapy room. I invite laughter, tears, anger, and the full expression of your experience. This is your process, and my hope is that we’ll work together towards finding you the understanding and lasting change you seek.

Who I am when I’m not a Therapist
When I’m not being a therapist my hands are in the dirt of my garden, I am cooking meals for people I love, I am huffing and puffing my way up a mountain, I am swimming in a river and I am laughing with my friends and family.
