Job description

Join our team! Family Ties Counseling Center provides outpatient counseling services for children, families, teens, couples and individuals. 

This is a full-time (W2) position in a supportive group practice setting seeing an average of 20+ clients per week. You will be paid a percentage of fees bought in rather than having a salary. Clinician pay varies by individual productivity.

Associate pay range: $43,000- $77,000

Licensed Master’s Level Clinician pay range: $54,600-$98,000

Psychologist pay range: $77,000- $140,000

Remote vs On-site?

This position can be fully off-site or hybrid (some on-site shifts and some off-site).

What is important to know about Family Ties Counseling Center?

We are a group of clinicians who practice together in a light-filled, cozy house (that has been converted into professional offices) in the John’s Landing area of South Portland. Most of our staff have a hybrid schedule; a handful of clinicians are exclusively off-site. We work together to provide high caliber mental health services to our community utilizing a systemic approach.
